Wyoming pays $7,000 per student per year with no reduction for homeschooling, disbursed as $1,750 each quarter. The qualifying-expense list is unusually direct about online learning: it names "online learning programs" as a category in its own right, and separately names preparatory courses for college entrance exams.
Wyoming also says plainly that a certified provider does not need to be located in Wyoming and may deliver virtually from anywhere — so an out-of-state online programme is not a grey area here.
What Wyoming families should know
Online learning is named, not inferred
Most states make you argue an online programme into a broader category. Wyoming lists "online learning programs — fees for online courses or programs" as a qualifying expense on its own terms.
College entrance exam prep is named too

Can I use it for SAT prep?
